All employee records with profile data, emergency contacts and employment details. Role-based redaction: employees see their own data, managers see their team, owners see all. Salary fields are masked for non-owners.
Leave export
Leave requests, balances, approvals and rejection reasons, including the two-step approval audit trail (manager plus owner signatures). BCEA-compliant, with 21-day annual-leave calculations and custom entitlements.
Documents export
Document metadata — name, type, uploader, timestamps — plus access logs and comment threads. File content is not exported (storage URLs require a separate download). All 81 SA document types are included.
Reviews export
Performance review cycles, responses (43 questions), aggregated scores (9 categories) and reviewer assignments. Peer, self, manager and skip-level review types are included, with anonymisation preserved.
Goals export
Active goals, progress logs, milestone tracking and completion status — including AI-generated suggestions, alignment scores and risk alerts from the automated cron jobs.
PIPs export
Performance Improvement Plans with milestones, evidence and completion tracking. CCMA-ready exports include every warning, date, manager signature and employee acknowledgment for dispute cases.
