Do I need Google Workspace, or does a personal Gmail work?
Both work. The integration uses standard Google Calendar OAuth, so it connects with Google Workspace accounts and personal Google accounts alike.
Is it secure and POPIA compliant?
Yes. Synthro uses scoped OAuth — we never see your Google password, only the calendar permissions you grant. Access is logged and can be revoked instantly from Synthro or your Google account.
